Golden Ticket Loyalty Card & Win a Phone

1. Eligibility

• Open to all paying customers of Manatili Clean.
• Employees, staff, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How It Works

• Customers receive a Golden Ticket Loyalty Card to track their laundry loads.
• Each paid laundry load = one (1) stamp on the Golden Ticket.
• Discounted loads are not valid for entry and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
• At five (5) paid loads, the customer is entitled to the Halfway Reward: one (1) free regular laundry load, redeemable on their next visit.
• At ten (10) paid loads, the completed Golden Ticket is collected and entered into the monthly phone raffle.
• There is no limit to the number of Golden Tickets a customer may complete and enter each month.

3. Monthly Draw

• A Grand Prize Draw will take place once per month.
• All Golden Tickets fully stamped with 10 qualifying loads and submitted during that month will qualify.
• One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be drawn to win the advertised new phone.

4. Prizes

• Halfway Reward: 1 free regular laundry load (valid once per Golden Ticket at the 5th stamp).
• Monthly Grand Prize: 1 new phone.
• Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. General Conditions

• Golden Tickets must be presented, stamped, and verified at each laundry drop-off or pick-up to qualify.
• Lost, damaged, or incomplete tickets will not be replaced or accepted.
• Manatili Clean reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any that do not meet these terms.
• Manatili Clean may amend or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
• By participating, entrants agree that their name, photo, and video may be used for winner announcements, marketing, and promotions.
