General Terms and Conditions

We take great care with your garments; however, Manatili Clean is not liable for:

• Items left unclaimed after 7 days will incur a daily storage fee; items not claimed within 30 days may be donated or disposed of.

• Damage due to weak fabrics, color bleeding, shrinking, fading, or manufacturer defects.

• Loss of valuables left in pockets (cash, jewelry, accessories, etc.).

• Pre-existing damage that worsens during cleaning.

We recommend whites should always be washed separately from colored items, especially darks. We also recommend using color-safe detergents to minimize transfer. Customers should separate heavily soiled items (e.g., oil, paint, chemical stains) and inform staff — otherwise items are washed at the customer’s risk.

We reserve the right to decline cleaning of any garment or item that may damage our machines, other laundry, or pose health risks.

Please inspect orders upon receipt; claims must be made within 24 hours with the original receipt. Liability is limited to five (5) times the service charge of the affected item.
