“Grand in Your Hand” Referral Program

1. Eligibility

• Open to all existing paying customers of Manatili Clean.
• Customers must have an active account or valid customer number to participate.

2. How to Refer

• Each participant may refer friends, family, or colleagues who are new customers to Manatili Clean.
• A “new customer” is defined as someone who has not previously placed an order with Manatili Clean.
• Self-referrals or referring existing customers are not valid.

3. Referral Benefit (for New Customers)

• Each referred new customer will receive 50% OFF their first laundry order, up to a maximum discount of ₱1,000.
• A minimum spend of ₱200 applies to the referred customer’s first order to qualify for the discount.
• Discount is valid for one (1) order only and cannot be combined with other promotions.

4. Referral Reward (for Existing Customers)

• For every ten (10) successful referrals (i.e., 10 new customers who each complete a qualifying paid order as above), the referring customer will qualify for a ₱1,000 cash reward.
• To count as a “successful referral,” each referred customer must reach a lifetime total spend of at least ₱300 with Manatili Clean.
• The ₱1,000 payout is only released once 10 separate referrals have each reached the ₱300 spend threshold.
• Partial completions (e.g., fewer than 10 referrals, or referrals who have not yet spent ₱300) do not qualify until all conditions are met.
• Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for store credit, services, or alternative items.

5. General Conditions

• Manatili Clean reserves the right to verify all referrals and deny fraudulent, duplicate, or invalid claims.
• Promo may be amended, paused, or cancelled by Manatili Clean at any time without prior notice.
• Employees and immediate family of Manatili Clean are not eligible to participate.
• By joining, participants agree that their name and photo may be used for winner announcements and promotional purposes.
